Chinese Sweet and Sour Soup

Ingredients
1 chopped tofu
1 cup of chopped pork
1/2 cup of chopped bamboo shoots
1/2 cup of Wood Ear chopped mushroom
1 chilli pepper
7 cups of chicken broth
1 tsp salt, or to taste
1 tsp granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 Tablespoons chinese rice vinegar
1 Tablespoons sesame oil
1 Tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water
1 beaten egg
1 finely sliced spring onion
1 tsp of White pepper to taste
Directions
Bring the water to the boil, add the pork, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, tofu.
Stir in the salt, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar and sesame oil.
Cook for around 15 minutes, taste,
Mix the cornstarch and water. Slowly pour the cornstarch mixture into the soup, stir well, add in the beaten egg, stir again.
Garnish with sping onion Serve hot.
